The territorial regeneration project of the former AVIR site, promoted by ANCE Latina together with the Municipality of Gaeta and launched in 2025, reconfigures a disused industrial area into a new urban hub.
The project introduces a large, continuous urban park, a network of public spaces and neighborhood squares, as well as cultural and museum facilities serving the city. A new system of paths prioritizes sustainable mobility and connects the regenerated area to the existing urban fabric, while climate mitigation strategies are embedded within the park structure and open spaces.
The regeneration of the former AVIR site creates a new fragment of the city, reactivating a disused area through a systemic approach that delivers environmental and social benefits for Gaeta.
