Hongqiao Villa

A personalized and sophisticated domestic space, the villa organizes functions, atmospheres, and design languages through materials, textures, and finishes that define a space with a strong sense of identity.

The project develops a bespoke residence in which each space serves a specific purpose: the villa features areas dedicated to leisure, personal care, and entertainment, including an immersive basketball court, a room for collectibles, an art studio, and a cigar room. The layout is completed by two cinema rooms with distinct characters: one more theatrical, inspired by Art Deco, the other more intimate and family-oriented. The layout also includes an oxygen room with green walls and waterfalls and a tea room flooded with natural light, designed for relaxation and contemplation. The design combines functionality and refinement, while the selection of materials prioritizes the finest woods and surfaces, predominantly of Italian origin.
