Le Village Parma

Crédit Agricole’s international network of business accelerators hosts innovation spaces for startups within different architectures, all following a single shared concept.

The project adapts layouts, atmospheres and details in relation to the context across four locations. A shared element is the symbolic “square”, called La Place, representing the point of interaction between companies, startups, investors and facilitators.
In Milan, within a 15th-century former convent protected by the Heritage Authority and featuring a restored cloister, three levels integrate La Place, a Living Lab, offices and informal spaces overlooking the porticoes, with strong attention to acoustics, flexibility and digital booking systems.
In Parma, Le Village by CA is located in a Liberty-style building in the city center, formerly the Parma Chamber of Commerce. La Place is double-height beneath a skylight, alongside the Living Lab and offices of various sizes that dialogue with historic floors and decorated ceilings.
In Padua, the headquarters is housed in a modern tertiary building with a semicircular plan and an industrial look. La Place, with arena-style seating and bespoke furniture, structures the open innovation hub for the Triveneto area.
In Sondrio, within the historic wing of Palazzo Sertoli, three levels arranged around a central courtyard host themed rooms inspired by the Alps and a central square for events, weaving together landscape, memory and new economies.
Each Village shares services, squares and flexible spaces, while uniquely interpreting its context, creating an innovation space that is coherent with the territory and one of a kind.
