Rai Way

The project is situated in a sensitive context and adopts an approach that prioritizes the landscape, architectural continuity, and alignment with the most advanced technological standards.
The project involves the redevelopment and expansion of the existing site, with a strategy aimed at limiting the structure’s visual and environmental impact. The extension of the roof is designed to respect the building’s original profiles, while colors and materials are selected to harmonize with the historic structure. Luserna stone, already present in the foundation, is also used on the exterior surfaces to strengthen the connection with the surroundings. Acoustically, perimeter barriers and baffles reduce noise generated by the systems and limit its spread outward. Integrated design, construction supervision, and safety management ensured consistency among technical, environmental, and territorial requirements.
An advanced digital infrastructure integrated into an existing site, capable of combining technological enhancement, minimized landscape impact, and zero new land consumption.
