Sassetti Tower S32

The project reimagines the building through a renewed façade, an open and welcoming ground-floor lobby connected to the square, and a panoramic rooftop designed for events.

Located at Via Sassetti 32, the tower has undergone a major redevelopment that positions it as a key node within the district dedicated to innovative finance.
At ground level, a double-height, fully transparent lobby opens onto the square, conceived as an extension of the public realm. The new glazed façade is articulated by a rhythmic grid of elements that accentuates the building’s verticality.
Flexible, high-performance office spaces occupy the upper floors, while technical areas are housed underground. On the thirteenth floor, a penthouse with an event hall and terrace offers 360-degree views over the city.
The building has achieved LEED Platinum certification for its energy performance, material selection, and indoor environmental quality, establishing itself as a sustainable landmark open to the city.
