Segreen Business Park

Segreen is a contemporary campus that combines sustainability, natural materials, open spaces, and a new quality of indoor-outdoor experience.

The project redevelops and expands existing structures with a sustainability-oriented approach, integrating architecture, the environment, and user experience. Natural materials, large glass surfaces, an urban plaza, and carefully designed outdoor spaces redefine the entire complex. The design strategy focuses on energy and water conservation, maximizing natural light, innovative shading systems, and efficient resource management. The reuse of materials from the existing building, the addition of green roofs, and a focus on flexibility, accessibility, and comfort complete the project. The result is an internationally recognized business park, whose buildings have achieved LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certifications.
