Via Senato 28

The project renews interiors, upgrades staircases and the historic elevator, and returns a WELL-certified building to the city.

Renovation works include new parquet flooring and bathrooms finished in stoneware and green marble, while a dedicated lighting design enhances the floral decorations throughout the interiors.
The main façade was restored through progressive cleaning, localized treatments, and chromatic glazing, restoring the material quality of natural stone and decorative concrete. The entrance hall and the polychrome mosaic of the inner courtyard were also cleaned, while the internal façade recovered its original light and elegant finish, revealed beneath later layers.
Casa Baratti reaffirms the architectural value and everyday livability of one of the most significant Liberty buildings in Milan’s historic center.
